shipping + returns

all our products are printed to order in our delhi warehouse with a processing time of 2-3 weeks. you will receive your order with a minimum time of 2 weeks and maximum of 4 weeks. your products will then be dispatched using our nominated courier service. once shipped, we will send you the courier information and tracking number via email.

we only ship within india.

warehouse collection is available if you live in delhi. we will notify you when your order is ready to pick up.

as all our products are printed on order, we cannot accept returns/ exchanges or refunds for change of mind. therefore, please ensure to double check what you order before ordering.

no exchanges or refunds will be issued if the product gets damaged after the product is delivered.

everything else

we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. as most of our pieces are made to order, processing times will be indicated separately for each product on the website. orders will be dispatched within 2 business days once they have been manufactured. tracking details will be provided via email as orders have shipped.
